Upload Your Proof of Vaccination

Uploading your proof of vaccination is very important and doesn’t take long, so please do it promptly after completing your conference registration or receiving the final dose of any Health Canada authorized vaccine. Please note that individuals who received their full series of COVID-19 vaccine in British Columbia must display their BC Vaccine Card at the event instead of the Prosper digital proof of vaccination.

  1. Access the health clearance form at

  2. Fill out your personal information and registration information

  3. Answer any questions regarding travel history and COVID-19 related symptoms

  4. Upload a photo of the front of your vaccine card or an immunization record PDF from Health Gateway

  5. Manually enter the dates and type of vaccine you received

  6. Select "Submit"

Once submitted, a Prosper representative will verify your vaccination information within about 5 business days. If there are any questions about your submission, a Prosper representative will email you directly. You will receive an email once the requirement has been satisfied and you will receive a digital proof of vaccination that can be used at Prosper 2022 (for individuals vaccinated outside of British Columbia).

Mask Requirement

As per regulations from the BC Centre for Disease Control, Prosper anticipates that mask wearing in public indoor settings will be a personal choice by April 2022. However, Prosper recommends that all attendees should wear a mask covering their nose and mouth when physical distancing cannot be maintained. Prosper reserves the right to introduce mask mandates should case counts rise or more transmissible variants emerge.

Guests Policy

External guests will not be permitted on conference premises, including guest rooms and conference rooms. Authorized external guests will be permitted to attend the conference on a case by case basis.

Vaccine Exemption Requests

As per recent guidance provided by the BC Centre for Disease Control, non-vaccinated individuals will not be allowed to attend indoor organized events with more than 50 people. Therefore, Prosper will not accept any vaccine exemption requests for Prosper 2022.
