Since our first iteration back in 2018, Prosper has always strived to serve as the centre of creativity, commerce, discovery, and learning. In 2020, during the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic, Prosper boldly ventured into the unknown and launched the first synchronous virtual case competition in Canada under the name Prosper+.

The Prosper+ name has always been associated with stepping outside the comfort zone and pursuing something new. Something previously unattainable or even unimaginable. Now, we are excited to bring back the Prosper+ branding in time for our newest exploration in the world of business conferences.
​
Prosper+ 2024, our 7th iteration conference, will gather more than 500+ aspiring future business leaders from all around the world to tackle unique challenges that can affect not only companies but also their stakeholders. Spanning over 2 days in Vancouver's heart of commerce, we are beyond excited to welcome you to a reimagined world of possibilities.

A Groundbreaking Experience
As Prosper expanded from 100 attendees at our inaugural iteration to more than 550 attendees this year, it is critical for Prosper to step outside of the comfort zone and find ways to further elevate the Prosper experience that so many participants loved.

With Prosper+ 2024 taking place in Downtown Vancouver, the conference has never been more accessible to students rely on public transportation from other regions of Greater Vancouver.

To provide attendees with a more comprehensive immersion in the business world, Prosper+ 2024 will span over the course of 2 days.

Throughout the conference, attendees can look forward to participating in our new ActiveXperience workshops & events, networking with professionals & other likeminded students, and providing strategic recommendations to real life problems surrounding companies through the New Case Study.
Introducing ActiveXperience
The ActiveXpereince event series brings together the most beloved elements of previous workshops and panels into attendee-led experiences.

Attendees can look forward to gaining more in-depth knowledge of different industries, business tools, and business intelligence softwares through carefully crafted presentations and presenter-guided hands on experiences. At the end of the experience, attendees will exit the conference with something new.

Offering one case study for a competition with more than 500+ attendees may not capture the interest of all students, which is why Prosper is introducing Business Streams at Prosper+ 2024.

With 3 unique Business Streams focusing on Consumer Retail, Sustainability, and Finance, students will have more opportunities to dive deeper into an area they are passionate about and discover creative solutions to real life problems.
