Andy Nguyen

Andy is the co-founder of BAK'D Cookies, a local cookie company known for its freshly baked, ooey-gooey cookies made with quality ingredients and bold flavours. While running the business, Andy earned a BCom degree from the UBC Sauder School of Business in 2024 with a dual specialitization in Accounting and Operations & Logistics.

What began as a small side hustle during his senior year in high school has grown into a thriving local brand that celebrates quality, creativity, and community. Drawing on his business background and hands-on experience as a founder, Andy shares insights on entrepreneurship, scaling, and the challenges of building a food company from the ground up.
