All registrations include an overnight stay at the Sheraton Vancouver Wall Centre in quadruple-occupancy rooms. All guest rooms are provided and managed directly by Prosper. Attendees will be able to make rooming preference requests such as for roommates, occupancy upgrades from quadruple to double, and additional nights either during or after their registration submissions (additional fees apply).​

There is no cost for sponsor teachers to attend Prosper 2025. Sponsor teachers are only responsible for the cost of their chaperone room night(s). Each chaperone night costs $359 CAD for single occupancy and $389 for double occupancy.
